Design
Planning begins at our initial meeting. We do a complete visual inspection of the area and take measurements of your property. We spend the time addressing the individual needs of the project.
A complete conceptual blueprint is developed and approved before any construction is started. This scale drawing allows us to estimate job costs with accuracy and work at a pace that reduces labour costs without compromising quality.

Project Management

Grading
A proper final grade is vital to the well being of any landscape. JPL has an established working relationship with City and County Representatives, and the experience to fully guarantee your grade certifications.
Turf and Sod
JPL selects Sod based on site requirements. Before professional installation, your property’s surface is prepared by smoothing the topsoil and spreading organic fertilizer to promote healthy root systems.
We can also Hydroseed for a cost savings, and create custom seed blends to meet any turf grass requirements including erosion control.
Trees and Shrubs
Trees and Shrubs add privacy, shade, color and personality. We work with a variety of Nurseries to select the healthiest and most attractive specimens. We meet any size specification, plant quickly and properly, and add all the curb appeal without exceeding the budget. Amazing trees are one of the JPL advantages.
Paving Stone and Flag Stone
Guaranteed for 5 years and selected from the best suppliers. From walkways to driveways, basic to intricate, decorative or engineered. We are certified installers with experience. Repairs and sealing services are available.
Composite Pavers
Leed certified, recycled, recyclable and also permeable surface suitable, we install a variety of composite pavers. Custom Logo work and Engraving is a JPL exclusive!
Retaining Walls
Whether you are looking for a wall to add some curb appeal or need to build a wall for technical purposes; we can do it all! We build walls from manufactured concrete products as well as natural stone and work closely with suppliers and engineers to ensure quality.
Concrete Stair and Path Repair
Save on the cost of removal and re-pouring of damaged concrete. Resurfacing guaranteed for 2 to 5 years. Decorative options are available.
Mulch
Mulch is an excellent Eco-friendly product to aid in water retention, plant insulation, and weed resistance in planting beds and tree bowls.
Decorative Rock
We source rock from quality quarries in Montana and B.C. We also source local stones to get you the look and performance you require.
Irrigation
Irrigation delivers water to plants and grass at specific time intervals to achieve maximum foliage results, conserve water, and save money on water consumption.

Benches and Bike racks are just a few items that we install. Custom Metalwork is also an option.
